1. Service Agreement

By hiring How High Junk ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("customer" or "you") agree to these terms of service. We provide junk removal, cleanout, and debris removal services in the North Olmsted, Ohio area and surrounding communities.

2. Services Provided

• Residential junk removal and cleanouts
• Commercial debris removal
• Construction debris removal
• Furniture removal and disassembly
• Yard waste removal and tree breakdown
• Eco-friendly disposal and recycling

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on volume, weight, and type of materials. Final pricing is determined on-site before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Items We Cannot Remove

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos)
• Medical waste
• Radioactive materials
• Wet paint or stains
• Items requiring special permits

5. Liability and Insurance

How High Junk is fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable care to protect your property during removal. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. Customer is responsible for identifying and protecting valuable items before service begins.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues.
